I binged. Not on chocolate, chips and cookies. Whick is good, but on cereal and sandwiches. Crap. Now, should I weigh-in on Saturday, or on Monday? I don't know. I feel sad and bloated today. When will I stop weight cycling?
Oh gawd - I can't control myself with sandwiches, either. Doesn't matter if it's the ghetto white bread or high end artisan sourdough. I will eat it and eat it and eat it, with mayo and cheese and whatever meat we happen to have. Or nacho cheese doritos, if we don't have any meat & I want a butter/dorito/bread concoction.
Don't let one bad day fuck you up. Weigh in on your normal day, because if you post a gain this week, it will show as a loss next week.
